Help,

You guys/gals have been so helpful in the past I have come back begging for more input from you all.

We are looking to renovate our home so that it fits us better and lets in some light. We are a family of five with a 5yr old boy, 4yr girl, and a baby boy. We are on a large over 1000 square meter block close to town.

We would love to try and stick to the footprint we have but are open to extensions (have decided nothing too extravagant because prices have doubled to renovate here and we would love to "live" still). We are open to anything or any idea as we feel like we have tried to work out a million different options but think we are too mixed up now.

We would love

Bathrooms 2 to 2.5 one with bathtub

Bedrooms 4+

Master with good size wardrobe (does not have to be walk-in) and ensuite

Open kitchen living (Dream kitchen, laundry layout attached)

Alfresco (we use BBQ and smoker most days)

Storage +

Would also love a garage with internal access but not stuck as we might just do a carport off what we have for a garage not attached to the house

To get rid of the ugly archways to front

Measurements are not exact but pretty close. We are happy to knock walls out or put walls in.

We live in a cold climate location and do not have views of anything special. We could build forward to be in line with our neighbors. I think I am asking for a miracle but you have done it before so I thought I would try my luck.
