Appreciates ur feedbacks 🙏🏽 now don’t know if we should hold the last payments from same contractors from flooring of only $2000 left to pay but not the from the bathroom job ( same contractors but different sc ). I paid for the bathroom jobs before noticing these 😫. What should you do if you were in my shoes?

It's a mess; I'm so sorry. I would ask for my money back and hire someone who knows what they are doing. I'm sure someone will come here soon ask if you know how they waterproofed this shower, what is behind the tile? If what's showing is such poor workmanship, it's unlikely it's any better behind the tile.

I'd probably talk to a construction lawyer before withholding the $2k. You might have to sue him to get your money back, but chances are probably slim that you could ever collect anything.

YIKES!! Grout has to be removed 100% before silicone caulk is installed.
