Kohler faucet delay

I’ve been waiting 6+ months for delivery of a Kohler bathroom faucet. It’s a special order finish but I expected it to arrive within 2-3 months of order. Latest estimate from Kohler is 60 days to shipment. If anyone has experienced a delay like this, did Kohler eventually come through?

Wow. I ordered two of my matte black in early February but haven’t heard yet about when to expect them.

We ordered a special finish in 2017. it took 8 months to receive the first part of the order and over a year to get a complete order. That was pre-pandemic, obviously. I wouldn’t do it again. I hope you have better luck.
