My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the floor! What kind is it?

Such a beautiful renovation. I notice that this flooring runs through much of it. I'm trying to decide on new flooring for my Cape-style home and am looking at Coretec vinyl wood-look tiles. I would love to know what kind of flooring you used and what color / pattern it is? Thanks so much for sharing your pictures!

    Thanks. I love the look but can't afford the solid wood flooring at this point. I am hoping to get that look / color but with a Coretec vinyl plank. I'm hoping that the texture on the surface won't make it hard to clean. Do you have any insights that would help me?
