The couch in the last picture is too large for the room. Which way do the French doors swing? Will you be opening/closing them? Try the other couch facing the FP (put it just past the window bank) with a chair on each side of the FP. OR put it on the window wall with a chair to the right of the FP and the other chair to the right of the French door opposite the windows.

Please post a picture of the actual room.

Flank the fireplace with the two chairs and float the 3-seat sofa facing them. Need to see the actual room, but you could add a round coffee table with 18" of all that seating. Then do a second area behind the table with a sofa table and two more chairs.

Hi all. Thanks for the feedback thus far. I've added a picture of the actual room, though it is a construction zone. I agree that the last couch is too deep for the space if I use the other one. I didn't know if I could use it vs the narrower one.

Second area behind the couch sounds good. I can't quite visualize the two chairs, but I'll look for pictures.

Do you know the dimensions of the three seat sofas? I don't see a place for the sectional in the room.

Place, in the room, the largest piece which will work.

So, the sofa, in front of the windows, an arrangement which makes the windows the focal point, not the fireplace.

Is there room to add the two chairs for this arrangement?
