I tried posting yesterday but it wouldn't work; my daffodils opened yesterday!
Spring peepers peeping in wetlands.
The Red Wing Blackbirds returned March 2.
Woodpeckers busy drumming in the trees.
Even my hardiest roses are stirring! My rugosas are swelling buds, and Chianti already has leaves!
I've loved everyone's gorgeous posts of a new spring. I've been working extra what with house shopping and all; I'm currently on day 9 of 10. The search has been fun, stressful, and close-but-no-cigar, as well as a bit absurd.
