I would paint the garage doors a color that matches a darker color in your stone, and try a sage green for the front door (paint the siding above the garage that color, too, if you want a more unified look). Would you be open to matching all of your window trim? The window above the garage looks very "off" with the dark shutters/lower trim board - and the middle window (to the right of the door) all but disappears. I'd make all the windows a creamy color to coordinate better with your stone. Updated landscaping (especially under the windows) would really finish off the look.

Get rid of the awning and the shutter on the bay and paint the bottom to match the siding. Paint the garage doors to match the siding. If you can, paint the white windows brown otherwise paint the brown window white.

Think about getting a new door or take off the trim detail and paint it brown or a color that coordinates with beige.

I would remove the shutters and horizontal dark strips from the window above the garage and paint all the window trim, plus door, to match the roof.

Beautiful setting, but you have a lot of colors going right now. Left to right: mahogany roof and fascia, pleasant tan stone mix facade, white window trim, grey steps, cream front door, mahogany window trim, yellowish siding, shingles over bay don’t seem to match rest of the roof, cream garage doors and mahogany bay window trim surrounding white windows + skinny shutter decorative pieces. It will not look right until you pick organize your colors. Is the roof staying that color for the foreseeable future? The stone stays and I assume the porch stays the same color? Changing the just the front door and garage door color might only make this worse until the rest gets settled out.

Dark colors will look nice.

Hmm, there was a lot going on in the old photo. Glad you have updated the dark window trim. Hopefully, the trim on the rest of the house has also been updated. I don't have an opinion on the colors you are asking for but I will say if you can afford to replace the garage door I would. Would recommend replacing it with on that has lites (windows). Doing so, should really add some depth to what is otherwise a pretty flat fascade.

the green is nice - I love charcoal but dont think I can pull that off with the 70s brown tones unfortunately
