Hello all - I recently moved into a newly built home that came with what I would call poor sod quality. I haven’t seen what the grass will look like since it was dormant when I moved in. I know it’s Bermuda and I believe it’s common. I am planning to aerate, add soil, compost, and overseed soon. I would like to used Arden 15 seed but am not sure whether the common Bermuda will prevent it from growing or will the common Bermuda overtake the Arden 15.
Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks!
