I can see it painted black to match all the windows then when landscaping in front you won’t notice it so much
I had cement foundation showing I got cement paint to match my siding then plants in front it blended right in

I'd add some stone or brick veneer at the bottom for about a foot then carry the siding down to it. At least paint it to match white siding and just alittle black trim at ground line.

And add some black iron work trellises with a nice flowering vines.

We have lots of cement on our backyard side of house. We cover it with plants and stuff in front of it. I kind of hate it though. Highly recommend you put planters in front of it and then soMe bushes etc

For an expensive solution, you might have the yard regraded and some fill brought in so the house's "ankles" aren't showing so much.

For a less expensive solution, shrubs are your best bet. Combine evergreens with deciduous for 4 season interest. You'll want a spring bloomer like weigela or dogwood and a fall show-off like burning bush or ninebark. Try to combine different forms as well. Globe versus fastigiate, low vs tall. The most important thing to be aware of when you pick out plants is their mature sizes. You don't want to buy baby groot and end up with a sequoia when he grows up!

Sometimes foundation walls develop stress fractures or slightly-chipped corners. You already have a damaged area below the left window. Painting the foundation may become a job to redo every five years or less. I would reduce the bulk of the foundation with thoughtful planting…some trellis areas and a foundation garden of non-invasive-root plants.
