Hello everyone! My wife and I have been getting in touch with a newly found green thumb (maybe not so green) and we bought two citrus trees a month ago, a Eureka Lemon, and a Satsuma Mandarin in St. Augustine Florida ( we live in the panhandle of Florida). Since then I have been doing as much research as possible to find out the best ways to take care of them.

We potted both of them into 511 mix that consisted of 5 parts pine bark fines mostly under 1/2inch though there are some larger pieces that were hard to avoid as bark seems to be impossible to find at such small sizes in our area. The other two parts are coarse perlite and peat moss, with a bit under 1 Tbs per gallon of garden lime. If it matter we calculated the total porosity to be around 65% and the air porosity at 34%.

The Eureka lemon was re-potted into this mix roughly 2 weeks ago, and was showing signs of magnesium deficiency in a few leaves since we bought it from the nursery. We had some Neptunes Harvest Fish and Seaweed fertilizer 2-3-1 from previous plants, we used this after watering at a ratio of 1/2 Tbs in a gallon of water, we used about half a gallon for our Eureka in a 7 gallon pot ( not sure about how much fertilized water to use per gallon of soil). We also used this as a foliar spray. We used this twice on the plant over the first week of it being in its new pot, I know it is half the recommended 1 Tbs per gallon but I was worried that it would get burnt since it was vulnerable from the transplant..

After a bit more research we got some Foliage-Pro 9-3-6, we gave both of our citrus trees a half gallon each of this after their watering's at a ratio of 1 teaspoon per gallon. This was 3 days ago (4-5 days after its last dose of the fish and seaweed fertilizer) and all seemed to be fine until we woke up this morning and we found our Eureka is suddenly very angry with us.

Yesterday there was no browning on the midribs and the leaves were perky. It rained a bit last night if that has any relevance. Any information on how to save this plant is greatly appreciated, as I really don't know what I am doing haha.
