I'm sorry, but it was a tile installed by the builder several years before the kitchen was remodeled. It wasn't a part of our project. Wish we could have been more helpful.

The tile for this project was bought on June 22, 2011. Finding it today may be tricky. Our invoice shows it as "Panaria Kult White Stone 6x6", and "Northstar Luce / Stone Mosaics". It was bought at American Import Tiles in Orland Park, IL (708 / 614 - 8100). Best wishes!
