There was no formal entry to this house so the owner asked us to create a focal/entry point as well as turn an existing carport into an enclosed garage. We were to design a courtyard so that the owner could open the front door and take advantage of the nearby ocean breezes. The existing foliage blocked the front of the house visually which allowed us to open it up for a better curb appeal.
