IMO a nicely planned reach in closet would free up space for the rest , what sized bed do you have ? Is the plumbing easy to reach to move or add on to? What do you want in the bathroom a tub or just a small shower .We need a lot more info for sure . I do not see the doorways to the other bathroom so are you planning on redoing that space too.Waht is the space on the left that appears to be a patio door do you need that? All measurements need to be included for every wall in the drawing also the sizes of the windows . To start the new bathroom probably best right next to the other one understanding the plumbinfg needs to work there and will create some issues in spaces next to this one . I dislike office space in bedrooms but I need all the measurements please

Good questions. We have a king bed and we want a walk-in shower (no tub) and a counter with only one sink (though some extra counter space would be great.). The crawl space is located right near the current 1/2 bath, so plumbing shouldn’t be too hard if we need to relocate it, but making the new bath near the old one or on the other side of the shared bath would likely save on plumbing costs and be preferred. We don’t want the office in the bedroom, but a blocked off small separate area - I work from home and need a quiet space for my desk. I have the measurements for each space, but thought it was a bit overwhelming to include it all for this rough brainstorming, but I can definitely add those tomorrow. Again, we are open to other ideas, like the reach-in closet. We just want to pick some brains and see what ideas we hadn’t considered. Thanks!

It is expensive to move plumbing, so please show an as-built drawing so people can try to work with what you have. Maybe you can keep the plumbing relocations to a minimum.

The drawings would have to be better quality and show more and expanded information, just to get pertinent, although not possibly thorough, advice over the internet.
