Hello. Can someone please offer me some advice for this kitchen layout.1. The house was built before 1920. There was a flood and all house dates were dated 1920 so I'm not sure when it was built but it's old and small. We do own the home. I love this house even in all its imperfections and I love how small it is. I have no desire to have a large kitchen. I love having my kitchen table right in the middle when I'm cooking.2. The wall between the kitchen and living room is a load bearing wall. The wall between the mudroom and the pantry is a load bearing wall as well.3. The window has to stay. I love the window and I would love to have a window seat with my dining table. I know it will be used. I already sit in a chair there at the table several times a day.4. The pantry doorway can't be moved and neither can the mudroom doorway. The bathroom doorway would preferably stay there although it could be moved. It's the only bathroom in the house and with three kids we want it close to our master bedroom and close to the entrance of the kitchen so the kids don't have to walk all of the way through the kitchen.5. Our stove/oven is 30inches. Our sink is 33inches. Our fridge is 30inches.6. Any layout will be better than what we have now. The layout I have planned the sink and stove is 7ft apart. I understand this isn't desirable but like I said anything is better. I have thought about putting the stove where the fridge is in the plan and the fridge where the stove is but I'm not sure if I like the fridge sticking out there.

I have decided to edit this. I would hate to do it but I wonder if I could replace the window with a small window and put the kitchen on the window wall with the window above the sink. I will attach a photo.
