My house was built in 1979 and has wallpaper throughout the house. I easily removed (no scape or water involved) the wallpaper facing in the family room. Once removed, I noticed black sections appearing like glue, black mastic or black paper. It doesn’t appear like mold given the structure.

Any guidance I’d appreciated. I am wondering if I should test the adhesive and/or wallpaper facing for asbestos. I am want to know if I disturbed it.
