My builder had to find a new well person and the new well person cost 3800. more. i understand that and i am willing to pay the 3800 but on top of the increase they are also charging a 10% up charge fee. i understand the 10% when i add or change things but the well was ourside our control. This is my first house build and not my expertise should i fight that fee or just let it go because its standard practice. This build has been riddled with delays because of covid and mistakes on my builder side and it seems like rubbing salt in wound to make more money off something we didn’t cause.
