The fireplace was custom-made, though I think you could show the image to a local supplier and get some direction on how to replicate. The main portion was cast in concrete during the early stages of construction and the remaining components were worked out with the fireplace company. The biggest hurdle is ensuring you're adhering to building codes.

How are the concrete walls with moisture? Is it concrete through and through from exterior all to interior?

I only did the interior work, so I'm not familiar with the specs for the exterior surfaces or construction, but there was definitely some metal and wood cladding on the outside of the home. There are no moisture problems to my knowledge.
