I’m sorry you have a bad experiences! We bought ours off Craigslist probably 15 years ago, and it has been doing a fine job. Do I like everything about it? No. The cavity that the filter slides in to is hard to clean. But other than that, it dries things well, and only sheets roll up, but that happened in the 20-year-old Kenmore that it replaced.

Oh, I haven’t dealt with Bosch, just our great local repair person. Come to think of it, I haven’t had to have him out for my Bosch appliances (knock on wood).

We have a lot of other Bosch appliances that have been fine also. Suspecting is the type of dryer and my unfamiliarity with it. Hope your luck conti ues!

Your frustration is understandable. If there are not a lot of complaints by other people about Bosch dryers, more than likely you go a lemon. I hope you can get it repaired and won't give you any more trouble. Keep us updated.
