Mature leeks can survive winter even in Ohio, but new plants can be stressed if they are just planted out from a greenhouse. But I wouldn't worry too much if you already have them planted.

When leeks are mature they can take a lot of cold. However, and this is a big however, if they get too much cold when they're young, they bolt. They think they've been through the winter.

Thanks! Mine are in and lowest temp will be around 27 one night. 2-3 more night might hit 32. I might cover them for the cold night.
