Down here in HZ10, we do salad greens with Malabar spinach, Sisso spinach, collards and Swiss chard. The first two go bananas in high heat, and the latter two don't really start to suffer until the heat gets really intense. Those are all great, but what we miss are crispy greens. You know, like iceberg lettuce. Recommendations? I mean crispy leaves. Crispy stems are easy.
