Hi all

we are looking to purchase a 36” all burner gas rangetop and originally had decided on wolf but since have learned what a nightmare the black enamel pan is to clean/keep clean.

please respond and tell me which one you have (even if it is not one of these two), how you like cooking on it, and how easy/hard it is to keep clean.
