Our new house has an open kitchen and dining room. The room gets a fair amount of light but it's all north-facing. The cabinets are currently painted Sherwin Williams Neutral Ground (SW 7568) and we don't want to repaint them. I am looking for a warm white that won't clash with the cabinetry. We are leaning toward Pure White (SW 7005) for the trim. Any suggestions for the walls? SW website lists both Alabaster and Shell White as coordinating colors for Neutral Ground. We're also looking at Westhighland White and Whitetail. Does anyone have experience with using these colors with SW Neutral Ground or in rooms with northern exposures? I don't want the room to feel yellow, but the walls currently have a dingy tinge due to a cool bluish/grayish white. (Picture FYI: we're replacing the green countertop and curtains so those are not factors.)
