My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

help with flooring choice

I sculpt in oil-based clays at my home studio. Clay and carpet obviously don't mix...and neither does luxury vinyl as it is almost impossible to remove from the textured surface. Drop cloths bunch under the wheels and clay still manages to find its way beneath. Any recommendations would be appreciated for flooring that can take abuse.

    Sounds like you need ceramic or porcelain tile.
