Beautiful, Jackie!

Thanks - I lost the original LV (at 100ish, so can't really complain) to downey mildew, and then lost the first bush I raised from a cutting from the old one to downey mildew also. It got 7 ft tall, and then died in TWO DAYS from the ends of the canes, while I watched, frantically cutting off the dying parts and spraying it, to no avail. The LV pictured above was the next bush I rooted from a still clean piece of the one which died fast - I was scared it would get DM too, but we planted it about 20 feet away in the garden after my lovely DH dug up the entire area, and put ALL of the soil in I don't know how many bucket loads (dozens) and took it to the dump, and then had new soil put there. Probably not necessary, but he was trying to make me feel better. It worked (for the bush and for me - he totally believes in "happy wife, happy life", and this bush has not had any issues of disease of any kind.
