Ok, worth the wait as nd definitely not a dud. What a fabulously bloomy rose and shade of orange od fabulous

I was worth wait! It takes a while to produce those sumptuous blooms. I like everything about this rose--the color, bloom structure, the petal packed blooms, and the interesting centers of the blooms. The first bloom you show has a heart formed in the center. DEO looked wonderful in the first shots, and just as good two days later. How big are the luscious blooms? It practically breaks my heart that Jackson&Perkins can't ship roses to Idaho, and I know no other seller of DEO. You are so lucky to grow such a splendid example. Wouldn't it be perfect if this rose smelled like fresh oranges? Diane

Diane, i just measured it, the bloom is about 3.3" but it sure looks bigger than that. Yes it would be perfect if it has the fresh smell of ranges.

Agree with Diane, the plant, the blooms , the color are all so impressive. I looked for otherr pics of this variety and none of them look nearly as nice as yours. I think you could have a second career as a ’Double Easy Orange’ salesman!

Awesome. I really like orange roses. Westerland might be my favorite rose.
