Not giving us much to go on and the photos are very blurry. Where are these mushrooms appearing? In potting soil or in a garden bed?

Without anything else to go on, they would appear to be the fruiting bodies of a saprophytic fungus or one that feeds off decaying organic matter. They are harmless to live plants.

They're in a garden raised bed that has commercial fertilized soil and that's been in use for 4 years. I've added organic compost and rabbit manure over the years. Sorry about the blurry pictures; I'm still not good with the camera.
