The photo is much too indistinct to offer an ID. The more detailed info you can provide, the better the results. And FWIW, many members are reluctant to access photo hosting websites, so uploading the photo here directly will generate many more responses.

Good point. If anyone is worried, Imgur is pretty tame through a browser anyways. I have one even in this post Photobucket world. Guess there is always a chance the link could be non criminal but not safe for public browsing.

Also yeah, a more detailed pic or two would be great.
