Any experience with newer Miele Speed Oven?

We are getting ready to order appliances for a full kitchen renovation later this year, and on the list for consideration is the Miele 24" VitroLine Speed Oven -- this would replace microwave and toaster, since supposedly this miraculous device can function as both, in addition to its other functions. It's a new model (H7840BMGRGR) so I realize there is increased risk involved just in being an early adopter. I've read other threads here that are litanies of bad Miele customer service records.

Does anyone here have a newer Speed Oven? Does it really function effectively in these different ways? Frankly we are mostly interested in quick heating (leftovers, occasional frozen dinners, reheating a hot drink, defrosting), and toasting (bagels, bread).

We're looking at a GE Monogram convection oven (and induction cooktop) as our main oven. We're trying to eliminate countertop appliances and want a nice streamlined, clean appearance. My husband is hellbent on the Miele built-in plumbed coffee maker, so the Speed Oven would be installed next to it for an attractive clean look amongst our cabinets. But I don't want to get something aesthetically beautiful that's not truly functional.

Any feedback to share? TIA!
