Hard to say without seeing a full picture of the kitchen.

Personally I prefer knobs for upper kitchen cabinets, but I did use pulls for some tall linen cabinet doors.

Those look like the kind that catch your clothes. I have them in my bathroom and regret them.

I like the smaller one.

I like the smaller ones. I have 5.5” simple pulls in my kitchen and like the size. It is a personal decision on what pull size you choose.
