First make sure all the lighting is the same I like LED 4000K to keep colors true. Is this floor going everywhere or just in the kitchen? FYI the flooring should have been chosen before the cabinets so a bit more info from you will be helpful

I like the darker one for sure. The tones in the other one don't seem to go with the cabinets, plus the darker one offers more contrast. Here's a blog post with pictures of lots of different white oak kitchens, if that helps you decide.
