Signed a contract for some work. afyer signing the contract the contracted didnt give us a date or time for when the work could be done. they shownup unannounced saying they bought all the material bu never communicated when they would come. they claimed they didnt have my number even though its on the contract. after this we told him we cancelled d/t lavk of communication and rhey said we are still liable since we signed the contract. Am i wrong?
