My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Deck surface

What problems have people had using Trex or similar products for a deck surface. Have read they sometimes warp.

    We installed Trex about 12 years ago and had problems with it swelling after our wet winters in Seattle. Also the color did not hold well. Not sure if the product has been improved since then or not. Now we really prefer products like Azak or Timbertech to Trex.
