The Schumacher fabric is linen and 52". What type of fabric and width do you want?

I did some initial searching and found a terrific pattern! but it was $218/yd, so that won't help you. lol!

Beverly and Jinx, You‘ve certaily worked magic here. How do I tell what the weight of the fabric is? It looks like a thick woven, something that might be heavoer for a sofa upholstery, but I am not sure. I need something that is light weight because the shower rod is the kind that hangs from the ceiling and curves around the side. i canr imagine it taking heavy weight.

Really consider what you like about the print and then try to find something with those qualities.

You could try spoonflower.com for ideas or to find designers. Here's one that is similar but the colors are done in the reverse

So many designers on spoonflower, you can likely find one to modify existing designs to come up with something you like. I put in "leaf stripe" as a search term on spoonflower.com to get started with some ideas.

The other nice thing abour Spoonflower is that you often have a choice of fabric. The laurel leaf stripe is available in linen and cotton.

I poorly worded my initial post: I want a fabric similar in color, weight, and scale to Woodperry brown, but I'm not attached to the leave motif. This is a tiny NYC bathroom with an inch or two between fixtures. Large prints seem overwhelming, teeny ones may underwhelm.

Today I saw this Pottery Barn Monique Lhullier shower curtain - organic and only $49! I'm swooning over it and have a huge crush on the matching bridal gown too! Don't know know if the background will look washed out against the tile. I'm thinking I'd paint the walls above the tile khaki or green. Something saturated.

Apple-Pie - Thanks for asking about the apartment. Fingers crossed we close this Thursday. I'm itching to get in there with paint and fabric samples.

Beautiful fabric and lily of the valley symbolizes happiness so I say get the shower curtain and give it a try. Hard to tell how much of the tile will even show once the shower curtain is up so not sure if it will look washed out or not. The fabric colors look like they hold their own in the larger gown view. Bonus: If you ever need to, you'll know you can always go Scarlett O'Hara with the shower curtain.

The floor and all the walls are tiled in the same color as the shower tile. The wall tile ends 1/2 way up the wall, so the only area to paint is 1/2 of the walls and the ceiling. The sink is also the same color. At least it is a semi-neutral color. And yes, I have contemplated ordering an extra shower curtain to style as a ball gown.
