It's hard to prescribe from a picture, but you need some sort of mechanical flashing between the concrete and your framing. This probably isn't going to be easy or cheap.

How long has it been leaking? Most likely the rim joist and exterior sheeting already deteriorated.

In the images you posted, what area of the basement did you take them... where the brick planter is?

It looks like you have 10 tubes or calling where brick meets the siding, clean all that up, remove the siding and see what's going on behind there. If everything is rotted, all that would need to come out and be properly repaired.

@GN Builders L.L.C it was leaking right after we moved in so we put spray foam in the crack thats on the porch and it stopped for a bit. for about the last month anytime we get a good rain it leaks. and the basement damage/pictures are from what i can tell exactly under the crack in the patio. you can see it in the first photo on the right side of the planter with the yellow line of foam coming out. and thank you i will try that. will removing the planter box do any further damage? thank you again!

@Andie Montgomery Foam is not a solution and so is calking. The entire area beyond flower boxes, where siding meets the foundation must be properly flashed.

I see these problems all the time where porch, flower boxes, patios, steps, etc before installation nothing is being properly flashed, by the time people notice issues, the rim-joist, sheeting, etc already deteriorated and they have significant problems on their hands.

Bandaids in these cases never work and only make things worst down the road.
