Hi everyone,

We're closing on a new house soon and during our inspection we noticed that the trim on the outside of the windows is in disrepair and likely needs to be refinished or replaced. The house is about 100 years old and has mainly stucco on the exterior with about 4 feet of brick at the base. What do you think would be the best way to go about taking care of this issue? We love this house and plan on being in it for a long time. We value low maintenance options and wouldn't mind spending extra money in order to avoid extra work in the future. I've included a couple pictures for you all to look at. Thanks!
