1930's, veneer, highboy dresser, made in the U S, knobs/pulls, castors original. Depending on your locale, value about $25.00 -$75.00. It was a mass produced piece, so no intrinsic value.

That sort of mass produced furniture was made by so many makers it's impossible to ID without as tamp on the furniture....but itw ould make no difference in the value of the piece

Not all mass produced furniture is valueless. Art Nouveau style began in Europe and was a hands on build. When the style came to America it was mass produced.

Art Nouveau style furniture manufactured in the United States (1880-1910) was considered the height of luxury in the early 20th century. Highly valued, massed produced, an Art Nouveau piece still can hold high value today.

A good example would be Thonet style bentwood chairs:

From the stamp, we know the piece was referred to as a "chest" and the wood is WALnut, under the vaneer. Vaneer can be stripped off.

As for the numbers and letters, hmmmm?

No we don't know the wood is walnut....we know the stain is walnut, I learned that the hard way by stripping a piece that had a stencil on the back saying walnut and finding "tree wood"...poplar or some other ordinary cheap wood.....and i will guarantee that there is not walnut under that veneer!

And no name mass produced furniture of the art nouveau style does not hold

"high value". A piece from a recognized maker will but a "Thonet style" chair doesn't bring a lot....but one signed Thonet does.

Like Mission Oak....doesn't bring a lot unless it's stamped Stickley or Limbert.
