My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How to improve the curb appeal?

The new exterior paint is Perle Noir by Sherwin Williams. We had the fence redone and will be redoing the other parts of the fence (not pictured well) in the same style as the front. We’d like to add viney plants (bougainvillas and star jasmine) to the lattice of the fence for some privacy which is allowed by the city. Goals for the future are to add an elevated deck to the left side of the house as the outdoor space is small. For reference, we live in a colorful neighborhood in SoCal full of craftsman bungalows like ours.

    Well done! Your house is now striking and unique in the best sense of the word! Orange flowers that are drought tolerant will really add to the contrast you have started. I bet you smile every t8em you see your front facade now.
