Pot looks like it has no drain holes. Roots could be wet? Aloes being succulents, they like being kept dry between waterings. They can go months with out water. If mine, I would take it out of the pot and make sure the roots are dry.

You need a pot with a hole/holes for drainage. Also, if you could use a potting medium for cacti and succulents it would be better than regular potting mix. Remove any stems that are brown and mushy at the base, they're not going to make it. I agree with Stush2049, they can go a long time without water. It's very easy to make the mistake of over watering. I did it myself several times before I learned to leave them alone. Here are some YouTube videos; haven't watched them, but I hope they help.

I would suggest to mix sifted perlite or pumice with C&S soil to improve drainage. Use 50/50 mix; could be even more on perlite/pumice. And, as mentioned by few posters, use pot with drainage hole(s). And don't overpot (meaning do not use pot that is too big).
