We had our white oak hardwood floors sanded and refinished in the kitchen. 2 coats of Dura seal quick coat were applied. When small amounts of water are spilled in the floor if not wiped up there is a water spot and the wood feels wet. I noticed this around the refrigerator when small amounts of water are spilled from the ice/water dispenser & not cleaned up. The water does "bead up" but the wood is still wet after the spill is cleaned up. It doesn't seem normal for the wood to feel wet with a water mark. The water mark does go away completely when dry.
