Our paint contractor used the wrong base color in 2020. He started painting with SW Irish Cream (extra white base), and the second coat, used SW Irish Cream with Ultra Deep base. Our paint faded and yellowed. And we noticed streaks down our wall. Does anyone know if using the wrong base color could have caused these issues?

With respect to the incorrect install of the roof with no flashing. That makes sense now. Do you know if that is dirt coming down the side? Our contractor said it was "the tar is oil, and once it mixes with water and runs down the wall, it stains." We no longer use this contractor, because of other issues. He charged us $1,200.00 to "seal it". I have no idea whether he was talking out of his a--. We paid their company for power washing services, and my husband thinks it may be dirt streaks, which could have been cleaned up with power washing. At this point, it doesn't matter, yet we are wondering if a professional has seen this before?

The leakage by the corners of the windows, was the first thing, I noticed when I looked at your pictures. You definitely have a water problem there.
