LED chandelier now requires toggling switch twice?

We have a LED dining room chandelier thats about a year old. Recently it’s stopped turning on when we flick the switch. It will either turn on some time later, say about 15 minutes, or else if we immediately flick the switch off and then back on, it will turn on. The switch is an ordinary toggle.

Is this something in the wiring that we can fix? Or is it the transformer, and if so, can it be replaced. Or is it something else?

Transformer? I need to know who made the fixture, before I can answer that. Model number would be best and a picture. It could also just be the light switch. That would be my first option just put in a new switch.

This looks like the right installation manual but it doesn’t have info about the electrical parts.

According to the installation manual you linked, the light has a five-year warranty. I'd request a replacement.
