We are replacing our current EIFS siding and are on the final step - picking texture. We are replacing a heavy fine finish. I have photo - it’s the yellow’ish siding. Our stucco dudes say most people use the “classic”. This is in the BASF Senergy line. The same he left looks like what I’ve seen referred to as a “worm” or “putz” finish. The sample they gave us is for Sahara, which is closest to what we have now. They said Sahara is most often seen in commercial buildings. I like the classic but I keep reading that worm or putz are no longer favored and they are hard to patch repair down the line. Any recommendations here?
