Define "large bows"; pictures would help.

So long as the finish grade has a positive slope away from the foundation, there's no problem. Mark's question about the "large bow" is important for any useful answer.

The structural integrity should not be compromised. But the detailing of the wood-framed wall placed on top is critical for water entry. If your wall has bowed out say 2", then your floor should extend another 2" to account for that.

That little whoop-dee in that wall is nothing to worry about. You're seeing something that's never going to be seen soon and is fine structurally.
