It's summer, so I'm not sure where the freeze and spring stuff is all about. But here are the basics of bermuda grass in order of importance.

Watering: Deep and infrequent is the mantra for watering. Deep means 1 inch all at one time. Infrequent, this time of year, means once per week for a mature installation.

Mowing: For the best look, mulch mow bermuda at your mower's lowest setting 2-3 times per week. You can mow once a week, but that's not going to give the best look.

Fertilizer: Bermuda is an odd one in that it can take all the nitrogen based fertilizer you can give it. If you want to use organics, use something like soybean meal or corn gluten meal. Next best would be alfalfa pellets (rabbit chow). Use these at 15 to 20 pounds per 1,000 square feet on a monthly basis for bermuda.

Weed control: Wait until September to spray something like Weed-b-Gon to kill the clover. If you want to keep the clover, that's fine - don't spray it.

Hold on!! There's more than one Frisco in the world and I have to wonder why anyone living in Texas would worry about after-winter/early spring lawn care in July!

Yes, you are missing the OP's description of where she/he lives. I would assume from the nature of the post that the OP is in the Southern Hemisphere, but without a better reference, I thought I'd at least get the ball rolling. I had a chance of picking right and just the OP is a little late in asking the questions.

Other places where location is extremely ambiguous are Columbia and Ontario. And if you want to get more picky, LA could be Lake Arrowhead or Louisiana, although in 20 years I've never seen someone from Lake Arrowhead write in. And especially for you, WA is common shorthand for the largest state in the world, Western Australia.
