Anything Jeldwen is a poor choice in my and most all pros I know. Poor quality control, fit & finish, performance, durability and customer service since their inception

For future readers, I had a contractor order these without my knowledge (they were not what was planned by the architect). They started falling apart in less than a year. Literally cracking and chunks falling off multiple windows. They are hard to open/close and the locks are hard to turn. One window doesn’t even close all the way. This is on a new build home. The Auraline seem to have been discontinued recently which is not surprising but I will stay clear of Jen Weld altogether because of shockingly poor quality.

They have indeed discontinued the line. I'm shocked that Andersen didn't sue them for copying their 100 series. They practically looked identical.
