Agree with Rina. That plant looks like what is sold as Gasteraloe "Flow." Rina is right about removing it and potting it up.

Be aware that any time a plant grows a flower, or a plantlet like this, it take a lot of energy to sustain that growth.....and that's energy that doesn't go into making the mother plant thrive. The mother plant may thrive more after you remove the plantlet.
