Your toilet door should not open in as it could be a safety issue.

If the long wall is an outside wall, wy wouldn't you have a window on the long side of the tub?

Thanks for pointing out .. we have taken the toilet door out ..door is not needed there.

Much better view from the window where it is right now. On the long side, all we see is the neighbouring building.

That's a lot of restrictions. With them in mind:

- I'd downsize to a single sink so you could have a linen tower. Otherwise, you have no storage in the bathroom. Remember that drawer storage at the vanity is especially important.

- Where are your towel bars going to go? Especially for the shower.

- I'd think about maybe angling the tub /putting a small stool into the corner behind it (for a spot to hold a drink or a book).

- I'd say no to moving the shower bench. It'll interfere with the shower door. An alternate: Consider a teak stool instead of a built-in bench.

- Yes to shower storage in a pony wall that can't be seen when walking in the door.

- Is that a washer/dryer I see "backed up to" the wall near the toilet and shower? Could you include a throw-your-dirty-stuff through door? It'd have to be near the toilet, but it'd be better than a hamper.

- If, indeed, that is a washer/ dryer, consider moving the machines to the exterior wall. That will make the dryer easier to vent directly to the outside; that's cheaper and more fire-safe.

- Finally, I'll second the Q about "Why not another window, given that you have an exterior wall?"
