I am in the process of turning part of my basement into a recreation room. Since the intent is to NOT be a den, the parts that are cinderblock we painted over (DryLock followed by multiple coats of a semigloss paint), and we did the same for the floor - a nice textured, light gray paint.

We're super happy with the result and it looks great, but as you know with unfinished basements there is a gap between the concrete floor and cinderblock wall that is uneven and varies in width - sometimes as much as 3/4" wide. The concrete also has bumps at the very edges too.

I am trying to find something to decoratively hide this. It has to be flexible, so I am thinking standard vinyl wallbase (in white), but I need the lip after the cove to stick out at least 3/4" to cover all of the gap.

Has anyone seen such a product or know if it exists? If not, can you think of any other soft or flexible type of molding I can use to cover gaps and will work around rough edges (i.e., standard wood wallbase doesn't work - I tried).
