Goodman AC Unit Capacitor: 050400440CT or CAP050450440CT

I have the below aircon

Goodman GSX140301KB. The capacitor is bad is this: CAP050400440CT. I see another one sold is this: CAP050450440CT . The difference is the 450 vs 400CT. What is the difference between them and can I use the 450440CT instead.. I see another one sold is this: CAP050450440CT . The difference is the 450 vs 400CT. What is the difference between them and can I use the 450440CT instead.

They are both 45/5MFD 440V Dual Run Capacitors and in fact both are the same capacitor. But then again the $8 cap at supplyhouse.com is the same capactior too.

And so is the $18 dollar 45/5MFD 440V Dual Run Capacitor sold on amazon. Or the other 45/5MFD 440V Dual Run Capacitor sold on amazon.

The numbers you gave are stock numbers but all you need to do is google 45/5MFD 440V Dual Run Capacitor because that is what it is and save $30 bucks.
