I had a new driveway poured and there's little slope. Two companies refused to do the work. The current well reviewed and recommended company poured this area and it's the only spot that holds a bit of water. The surface looks and feels bumpy which is quite noticable when wet. The cost was 9.50 per SQ ft in the Midwest.

If it's not acceptable what should I do? I tend to be a perfectionist so I want some other opinions.
